Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize if you are uncomfortable with our policy of all sales being final. We hope that you will continue to shop with us and be happy with your purchase.

Product is represented as accurately as possible, including the ring sizes and colors. Please be aware that some rings may appear larger or smaller than the actual size due to photography techniques and screen defaults. Care is also taken to depict the rings in their truest color, but due to variations in monitors, the actuality of the colors may differ slightly than those represented.

GIFT PACKAGING

All purchases arrive in a beautiful gift box tied with a satin ribbon. The gift box is bubble wrapped and sent in a mailing envelope to ensure no damage to your item.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic ( within USA ):
Orders are filled within 1-2 days and shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation by USPS at a cost of $5.00.
Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number is provided upon request.
Estimated delivery is approx 2 to 3 days depending upon the destination.
If you require an item to be expedited or insured, please contact me direct. Additional charges may apply. I cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of items in transit.

International:
Orders are filled within 1-2 days and shipped Priority Mail International by USPS at a cost of $10.00.
Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 days depending upon the destination.
If you require an item to be expedited, insured or tracked, please contact me direct. Additional charges may apply.
Purchasing Insurance is recommended as I cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of items in transit.
Shipments may also be subject to import charges / taxes and are the responsibility of the purchaser upon receipt of goods.

TAX

Sales tax is added at the google checkout for applicable Florida residents. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PAYMENT

All payments are made through the Google Checkout.

Your shopping cart will show the cost of the item(s) you have purchased and shipping charges.

Upon proceeding to Google's secure checkout, only the cost of the item is shown at first, as a subtotal. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges will be totaled after payment information is entered.

RING SIZE

Every ring is one of a kind and custom. The designs and ring sizes are currently only available as listed. As all rings are shaped by hand and not machined, there may be some slight variation in the precision of the diameter. However, every effort is made to determine the correct ring size as close as possible to international standards.

RING CARE

All rings are created by the artist utilizing polyester casting resin which is then sculpted and polished. Resin is a strong and durable product but should still be treated with care. It can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface, particularly if the ring has a thin shank (band). The surface of the rings are highly polished and may be scuffed or scratched if contacted with strong abrasives.
